After the third refill, the experience will continue with no ongoing commitments giving you the full flexibility to change refill frequency and to pause/cancel your membership at any time.
IF IT'S A PRE-ORDER, WHEN DO I PAY?
Our small-batch stone holders often sell out before they are made. Secure yours today with a pre-order! Pay for your starter pack now, and once it’s shipped, your experience begins. You’ll only be billed for your next refill shipment 3 months after receiving your starter pack.

HOW MUCH ARE THE REFILL SHIPMENTS?
As one of our VIP members, you enjoy exclusive discounts on your candle refills. If you choose one refill, you’ll receive a 10% discount, making it just $59. But here’s the best part—the more refills you add, the bigger the savings, with up to 30% off! To sweeten the deal, shipping is always free for Australian customers and a small $5 fee for USA customers.
WHAT DO I DO WITH THE EMPTY REFILLS?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive details about how our Refill Return System works. In a nutshell, after you’ve collected 6 empty refills, we’ll include a return package with instructions in one of your refill shipments. Simply send the empties back to us—we’ll clean and reuse them in our eco-system, leaving disposable candles in the past.
WHAT IF I DONT LIKE MY FIRST SCENT?
If the first scent isn’t quite what you imagined and you’ve discovered a new favourite from our samples, no worries! We have an easy exchange process—just send us an email, and we’ll arrange for the right scent to be sent out to you promptly.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPMENT FREQUENCY?
Fun fact: Our customers typically take about 80 days to burn through their refills, so we’ve set the default frequency at 3 months. But we know everyone burns at their own pace, so you have the flexibility to adjust your shipment frequency to every 1-3 months in your member area.
